After wax pattern is made from mould and modified finely (learn more about it, or click http://www.okamins.com/waxturbinehousing001), the next process for stainless steel turbine housing casing is ceramic shell building and drying. The wax pattern will be dipped into ceramic bath, and then fine sand will be applied to the wet suface, which will be repeated a lot of times until a layed shell is formed. When it is done, the shell will be put into drying process.
