Turbo Balancing

Equipped with the latest turbo balancing technology, Okamins balances every single turbocharger.

Balancing takes time, but is very necessary, which ensures perfectly smooth running, quality and reliability. Reduce loud noises and avoid premature bearing failure.

Okamins does balancing at four stages:

● Turbine rotor (turbine shaft & wheel) - at low speed balancing 

● Compressor wheel - at low speed balancing 

● Pre-assembled rotor assembly - at low speed balancing 

● Complete turbocharger core assembly (CHRA) - at high speed balancing

Turbocharger runs at vey high speeds. Even the smallest unbalances can cause vibrations, which turns into very loud noises and place a great deal of stress on the bearings.
